At Comexposium, I was responsible for the practical organization of large outdoor events in the agricultural sector. This included ensuring that essential facilities such as electricity, water, and sanitary services were properly arranged and available to both exhibitors and visitors. In addition, I created clear exhibitor manuals so they knew exactly what to expect and which regulations applied.

ETSCEE 2021-2022

As an Operations Manager for ENLIT and ETSCEE I was responsible for the full logistical coordination of a series of international energy conferences in Milan, Frankfurt, Budapest, and Prague. These conferences attracted thousands of visitors from the energy sector and brought together exhibitors, speakers, and partners from around the world.

My responsibilities included developing operational plans, coordinating with venues and suppliers, overseeing the build-up and breakdown of stands and conference areas, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. I also monitored tight deadlines and budgets and acted as the central point of contact for both internal teams and international stakeholders
